How Adaptogens Support Fertility

Have you ever felt like your body was working against you?

Struggling with infertility can be a difficult journey. One that I personally know all too well.

That's why I wanted to share with you how adaptogens have changed the fertility game for me (and how they may just do the same for YOU)!

What are adaptogens?

Adaptogens are a group of herbs and fungi that can help the body adapt to stressors, both physical and emotional.

They've been used for centuries in traditional medicine - but it's only in recent years that science has begun to uncover their potential benefits! In particular, adaptogens like:

πŸ„ Reishi

πŸ„ Cordyceps

πŸ„ Ashwaganda

πŸ„ Turkey Tail

πŸ„ Rhodiola

πŸ„ and Lions Mane

can be incredibly helpful for fertility! Here's why:

Reishi, for example, is a mushroom that has been shown to help regulate hormones and reduce inflammation in the body.

Cordyceps can help improve energy levels and increase blood flow, which can be helpful for reproductive health.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to help with stress and anxiety, both of which can impact fertility.

Turkey Tail has been shown to improve immune function, which is important for overall health and fertility.

Rhodiola is another adaptogen that can help with stress and anxiety, and may also help improve mood and energy levels.

And Lions Mane has been shown to help with brain function and may also have anti-inflammatory properties.

I've found that incorporating adaptogens into my daily routine has made a big difference in my energy and stress levels as well as emotional regulation.

I feel more…

βœ… energized

βœ… less stressed

βœ… and more in tune with my body

While everyone's experience will be different - I think it's definitely worth giving adaptogens a try if you're struggling with fertility!
